  1. Introduction

    1. This Privacy Policy sets out the regulations and policies of Personal Data processed OXZ Capital Pte. Ltd. (“OXZ”) in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore.
    2. By accessing OXZ’s website, you undertake that you have read, understood and accepted the terms of the Privacy Policy.
    3. You acknowledge that OXZ reserves the right to amend or update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice to you.     1. The Personal Data is also collected and processed by OXZ for the purpose of:
      1. communicating with you;
      2. exploring any business opportunity with you; or
      3. exploring any employment opportunity with you.

  4. Disclosure of Personal Data

    1. OXZ may disclose your Personal Data to:
      1. regulatory or governmental bodies;
      2. OXZ’s affiliates, related employees, agents, and representatives, either in Singapore or overseas;
      3. OXZ’s external service providers, professional advisors providing services to OXZ, either in Singapore or overseas.
    2. We may also disclose your Personal Data when:
      1. required by applicable law;
      2. authorised by applicable law;
      3. complying with legal and/or court orders obligations;
      4. complying with any requests made by legal or regulatory authorities (such as to the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, and any other applicable regulatory and government bodies);
      5. it is necessary to perform and/or discharge OXZ’s obligations;

  5. Retention Period

    1. OXZ shall remove your Personal Data as soon as it is reasonable to assume that:
      1. the purpose for which that Personal Data was collected is no longer being served by retention of the Personal Data; and
      2. retention is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.

  6. Management of Personal Data

    1. OXZ takes all reasonable commercial standards of technology and operational security to safeguard your Personal Data and to mitigate potential risks of your Personal Data from being misused, lost, accessed without authority, unnecessarily disclosed, modified or interfered.
    2. OXZ trains employees and provides internal educational training to the employees handling Personal Data to respect the confidentiality of customer information and the privacy of individuals. Furthermore, OXZ implements procedures to safeguard your Personal Data where employees are only given access to your Personal Data if it is necessary to perform OXZ’s obligations.
    3. You acknowledge that there are inherent security risks in transmitting information through the Internet, and that OXZ cannot guarantee on the absolute protection and security of your Personal Data. You are responsible for assessing the risks and decide if you wish to provide your Personal Data. You agree that OXZ shall not be liable for any malicious and fraudulent acts committed by third party beyond OXZ’s control provided that OXZ has taken all reasonable commercial standards of care and has not been negligent in safeguarding your Personal Data.

  7. Transfer of Personal Data

    1. In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act, OXZ shall not transfer any Personal Data outside Singapore unless the recipient located outside of Singapore is obligated by legally enforceable duties to ensure a level of protection for the transferred personal data that is equivalent to the standards set forth in the Personal Data Protection Act. OXZ transfers personal data outside of Singapore when:
      1. it is required under applicable statutes and regulations;
      2. it is necessary to perform OXZ’s contractual obligations; or
      3. you have given such consent.
    2. OXZ shall not transfer any Personal Data outside Singapore without taking reasonable steps to ensure:
      1. the third party has an adequate, appropriate and sufficient level of protection for in relation to the processing of Personal Data;
      2. there are adequate, appropriate and sufficient security measures in place to protect the Personal Data;
      3. you have enforceable rights and effective legal remedies for any breach of personal data protection law and regulation;
      4. the third party complies with its obligations under any applicable data protection law and regulation.

  8. Your Rights

    1. You retain the following rights (certain rights only apply in qualified circumstances) in respect of your Personal Data provided to us:
      1. to access a copy of your Personal Data and enquire OXZ about the processing of the information;
      2. to rectify or amend your Personal Data
      3. to restrict or object to the processing of your Personal Data;
      4. to demand OXZ to delete and erase your Personal Data;
      5. to copy, transfer or move your Personal Data.

OXZ may use cookies on our website to collect statistical information including but not limited to pages viewed, number of visits, transactions on the website, documents or material downloaded, and more. We do not collect any information about visitors through OXZ’s website unless the information is provided to us.
